2Ti 2:14-26;Pro 11:16-31;Luk 17:11-19;Neh 7 Analysis: I think 2 Timothy is saying mix words with people that are off the mark. Proverbs encourages right intentions & actions. "the desire of the righteous ends only in good" (it might be not be noticed presently or in the moment). "Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered." I'm not sure what to make of the story of the 10 lepers in Luke. I know Leviticus charges the priest with the duty of inspecting lepers. They'd probably been to the priests before -- but, it was in the going that they were all healed. I think this was why Jesus may have said "your faith has healed you". But, only one was thankful. Perhaps this is an encouragement to fellowship/worship. Nehemiah: again, wise in carrying out the work. He appoints guards over what is built -- makes sure they're trustworthy. Best Verse(s): 2Ti 2.16-17 But avoid irreverent babble, for it will lead people into more and more ungodliness, 17 and their talk will spread like gangrene. Pro 11.25 Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered. Luk 17.18(a) Was no one found to return and give praise to God... Neh 7.2 I gave my brother Hanani and Hananiah the governor of the castle charge over Jerusalem, for he was a more faithful and God-fearing man than many. Contract/Prayer: God, help me have wisdom & discretion with whom & when I speak. Help me have it my heart to help & do good. Help me be thankful and show it with my life. Help me have faith & be God-fearing.
